the location was perfect for exploring the area, just a short drive from the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art and St James' Park. the room was cozy and clean, with all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. What really stood out to me was the warm welcome and hospitality from our host, Paul. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, providing great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. the breakfast was delicious, with freshly cooked food made to order at a time that suited us. I appreciated the flexibility of being able to access our room throughout the day, which came in handy when we got caught in the rain and needed to change. the peaceful setting of the property made for a relaxing stay, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
